One-to-one yoga sessions can assist you in gaining a more in-depth knowledge of yoga and its roots. Our one-to-one sessions will allow you to get to know your yoga instructor so that we can customize your yoga exercise plan to handle your exact needs. One-to-one sessions can take place in our studio or the comfort of your own home via Zoom.

Hi, I’m Camille (the proud owner of eZENtial Yoga). All skill levels are encouraged to practice the art of yoga. Together, we practice chair yoga, gentle yoga, hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, and everything in between.

I started my yoga journey 12 years ago. I am a certified yoga instructor with degrees in physical therapy and psychology. I focus on making yoga more inclusive to people who may have physical limitations. I enjoy spreading the rehabilitative and restorative benefits of yoga!

Virtual And In Person Yoga Sessions

eZENtial Yoga offers online and in-person classes designed that are mindful and inspiring. Our instructor will provide instructions during the sessions that will make each class perfect for any skill level. Our virtual classes are developed for individuals working remotely and will bring a relaxing feel from the stress of everyday life. Each class is customized to your needs and offers a chance to slow down and stretch your muscles.
